Coastal and Azzure atmosphere clips are AI-assisted animations of COMMIT listing imagery, produced with Higgsfield / Grok Video 1.5 and MiniMax H3. They are creative visualisations, not documentary footage. Licence clearance is required before public commercial use. Region-level images are labelled where they do not show the selected destination itself.
Homepage geographic journey
The north-to-south journey uses Esri World Imagery with real Mapzen elevation data. Satellite imagery is credited to Esri, Vantor, Earthstar Geographics and the GIS User Community. Imagery dates vary. These are destination anchors, not property boundary pins. Palasë, Borsh and Sarandë are marked Coming Soon at COMMIT’s request.
Geographic outline
Albania’s outline derives from public-domain Natural Earth geographic data. Artistic perspective effects do not indicate terrain elevation.

Team portraits and names were supplied by COMMIT. Only Fatjon Gjyzeli’s suit was retouched with imagegen. Journal articles remain editorial drafts. Azzure floor and apartment plans come from the official project website.
